She is the founder of GrowthGirls, a London-based growth agency recognised by HubSpot as a top-tier consultancy for startups. In addition to advising AI-first startups on GTM strategy and product development, Effie serves on the boards of several tech ventures and is a frequent speaker on AI transformation, Marketing and Women in Tech.

She is an adjunct lecturer at NYU Stern Business School on the subject of Go-To-Market Strategy and AI for Business.

Effie is the co-founder of AI The Academy, the educational platform that develops and delivers AI training programs tailored for professionals and corporate teams. She has designed and led executive trainings for some of the world’s most recognised brands, helping leadership teams and departments across industries upskill in AI tools, prompt engineering, and applied AI strategy.

Theo has studied Psychology, Accounting, Computer Science and Management. As an ex-accountant and ex-CTO, he is equally good with numbers and technical issues.

With over 20 years of experience in digital and being one of the pioneers in growth hacking marketing internationally, he realized early on that his passion is teaching and passing on knowledge to future and current colleagues.
