Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the AI The Academy website and digital services (the "Service") operated by AI The Academy ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to use the Service.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed seven days after your order confirmation on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles may be monthly, quarterly, or annual depending on the plan selected at purchase.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it. You may cancel your renewal at any time through your online account management page or by contacting our support team.
Customers can access order history and invoices inside the Billing section of their account.
A valid payment method (credit card, debit card, or similar) is required. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize us to charge all applicable Subscription fees to your chosen payment method.
If automatic billing fails, we will issue an electronic invoice requiring manual payment within a specified deadline.
We may modify Subscription fees at any time. Fee changes become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any fee changes so you can choose to cancel before new prices take effect.
Continued use of the Service after fee changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the updated pricing.
All annual and team plans include a 7-day refund window. Refund requests must be submitted via email to our support team. Canceling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund.
Refunds beyond the standard policy may be granted at our sole discretion.
Users who repeatedly sign up with multiple accounts to seek serial refunds may have their access permanently revoked.
When creating an account, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to provide accurate information may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspicious or unauthorized activity.
Usernames may not infringe on third-party rights or contain offensive, obscene, or misleading terms.
Each user account is for individual use only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund. Team or organization plans require each user to have their own license.
You may not resell, sublicense, or transfer Service access without explicit written permission from AI The Academy. Violation will result in immediate termination without refund.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of AI The Academy and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. No branding, trademarks, or assets may be used without prior written consent.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by AI The Academy.
We assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of such third-party resources.
We encourage you to review any external website's Terms and Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, simply discontinue using the Service.
Provisions that should survive termination (ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, liability limitations) will continue to apply.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI The Academy, its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
a) your use of the Service, or
b) your violation of these Terms.
In no event shall AI The Academy or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
(i) your use of or inability to use the Service
(ii) any third-party conduct or content
(iii) any content obtained from the Service
(iv) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
This applies regardless of the legal theory and even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
a) the Service will be uninterrupted or secure,
b) errors will be corrected,
c) the Service is free of harmful components,
d) results will meet your expectations.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In such cases, these exclusions may not fully apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
We may update or replace these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify users at least 15 days before new terms take effect.
Continued use of the Service after revisions become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
All order prices are anchored in USD. If your local currency fluctuates more than 5% against USD, your renewal price may be adjusted to reflect the original USD equivalent. You will be notified of the renewal amount before it is charged.
